RESIDENTS

Through its rural property in Jacona, HCSL provides an environment where individuals with developmental disabilities can live as independently as possible, with their own customized living supports, funded by the Medicaid Mi Via Waiver program. Individuals who are not on the Waiver but have the capacity to pay with private funds are welcome/eligible to live on-site.

Parents, guardians and family members are encouraged to work with their loved ones to set up supports/service models that help them function as independently and safely as possible. For residents who need constant care, family members and/or support staff have the opportunity to closely assist their loved ones.
